Perfect for entertaining, the outdoor deck features a large, screened porch with food prep area and outdoor dining. Gather around the gas firepit and enjoy the sunset, or hang out on the water at the well maintained dock with boat slip and plenty of chairs for lounging. Beautiful, year-round water is an understatement! Whether splashing in the lake, boating, or fishing, our beautifully decorated home is the perfect place to do it all. Rainy day? Not a problem. Entertain yourself in the detached game room that has a foosball table and air hockey table, Smart TV, and board games.
Need to get some work done? While we hope you can just relax while visiting, there is a small workspace right off the kitchen with a desk and office chair.
THE LAYOUT OF THE 2,400 SQFT HOME: The main portion of the home is all one level with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and office alcove.
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed with Smart TV and attached en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Smart TV
- Bedroom 3: Twin over Twin bunk with third twin (pull out trundle)
- Bedroom 4/ Game Room: Detached from the main house and accessible from the outdoor walkway. Queen over queen bunk (only 1 adult or 2 children on the top bunk. 200lbs weight limit on top bunk), air hockey table, foosball table, and smart tv
- Kitchen Dining: Seats 8 at the table and 3 at the bar. Coffee maker is a dual maker that takes basket filters or single serve pods.
- Living Room: Queen pull out sofa with gel foam mattress and Smart TV
- Dedicated Work Area: Small alcove off of the kitchen with desk and office chair.

We provide all bathroom and bed linens, and a starter pack consisting of:
- A couple of laundry and dish pods
- Hand soap
- Dish soap and clean sponge
- Enough paper products to get you started
- Internet Service
- We do not have cable tv. There are smart tv's for all your streaming accounts
GUESTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN PROPANE FOR GRILL AND GAS FIRE PIT.
INDOOR GAS FIREPLACE IS NON-OPERATIONAL BETWEEN THE MONTHS OF APRIL-SEPTEMBER.
CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There are two exterior security cameras. There is one that faces the dock from the screened in porch. One that faces the driveway in the front. They monitor movement and video at the front entrance and the dock. Motion Activated Recording. They can monitor sound if we put them on that setting, but we don't unless we feel the need.
BOOKING PROCESS: Submit a booking request (send an inquiry if you only have a question). The host will contact you with a few questions before approving the booking. Right after your booking is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement via email. This must be signed within 24 hours of booking. You can view a copy of the rental agreement under the “House Rules” section of the listing. Please read the entire listing and the rental agreement before booking. Two days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with check-in instructions.
Cleaning fee $300
Refundable Deposit $300. This will be a hold on the account two weeks prior to arrival depending upon which platform the reservation was booked through.
WE DO NOT ALLOW THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS (Booking on behalf of another guest).
Guest making the reservation must the present at the property during the reservation and must be at least 25 years of age.
